    The Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce issued a notice on the imminent expiration of some anti-dumping measures in 2021.


    The notice pointed out that according to Article 48 of the Anti-dumping Regulations of the People’s Republic of China, the time limit for the collection of anti-dumping duties and the performance of price commitments should not exceed 5 years; If it continues or occurs again, the time limit for the collection of anti-dumping duties may be extended appropriately
