The Dongsheng Gas Field is a typical tight and low-permeability water-bearing vapor reservoir.
After some gas wells are put into production, it is difficult to maintain production due to the large liquid production using conventional bubble drainage, plunger and wellhead liquid separation techniques, and frequent water flooding and shut-in phenomena occur.
For the productivity of similar medium and high-yield liquid gas wells, the mechanical drainage gas production technology was tested

The machine-pumping and extraction process uses a pumping unit with a high-efficiency gas-liquid separator installed at the bottom of the well to achieve gas-liquid separation at the bottom of the gas well output.
The produced water is extracted from the ground through the oil pump through the tubing, and the natural gas passes through the ground through the annulus.
The entry of pipelines has solved the problem of frequent flooding during production of medium and high production liquid wells

At present, all 4 medium and high production liquid gas wells can continuously and stably discharge liquid production, which proves that this process can realize the long-term stable production of medium and high production liquid gas wells, laying a solid foundation for the promotion and application of mechanical pumping drainage gas production technology in the medium and high production liquid gas wells in Dongsheng Gas Field.
