The Dongsheng Gas Field is a typical tight and low-permeability water-bearing vapor reservoir.
After some gas wells are put into production, it is difficult to maintain production due to the large liquid production using conventional bubble drainage, plunger and wellhead liquid separation techniques, and frequent water flooding and shut-in phenomena occur.

The machine-pumping and extraction process uses a pumping unit with a high-efficiency gas-liquid separator installed at the bottom of the well to achieve gas-liquid separation at the bottom of the gas well output.
