Recently, the Changji National Agricultural High-tech Industry Demonstration Zone Market Supervision Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Changji Nongao District Market Supervision Bureau) cooperated with the staff of a lubricant manufacturer's anti-counterfeiting office to carry out a special anti-counterfeiting action
in the lubricant market for auto repair shops, vehicle product sellers and other business entities in the jurisdiction.

During the inspection, the law enforcement personnel of the Changji Nonggao District Market Supervision Bureau conducted a license check on the main qualification of the operator, carried out verification of the purchase channels of the goods, jointly identified the authenticity of the lubricating oil by the staff of the Anti-Counterfeiting Office, and finally carried out legal publicity on the operator, urged the merchants to strictly abide by the law and comply with the operation, and put an end to the production
and sale of counterfeits and infringement of the exclusive right to use a registered trademark.

A total of 16 law enforcement personnel were dispatched to inspect 25 operators of automotive lubricants, and two illegal acts suspected of infringing the exclusive right to use the registered trademark of "Mobil" were placed on file for investigation, and more than 20 barrels of infringing lubricants were seized, and related cases are being further investigated
    .

In the next step, the bureau will continue to increase the inspection of lubricating oil products, resolutely prevent counterfeit and shoddy lubricating oil products from entering the market, create a healthy, orderly and safe market consumption environment, and protect the legitimate rights and interests
    of consumers.
