In order to complete the construction tasks on schedule, the project management team of the Fourth Construction Project has done a lot of work on key construction routes such as storage tank installation, substation, foam station, fire tank, system pipe network, etc.

Up to now, the main structure installation of six storage tanks in the newly built marine fuel oil storage facility of Zhongke Refinery has been completed, and the pressure test of the storage tank has been fully launched; the substation has been decorated and decorated, two transformers and 33 medium and low voltage The distribution panel has been installed in place; the foam station has completed the wall masonry and the water supply and drainage installation pipeline has completed the pressure test; the internal diversion wall of the fire tank has been built, and the roof construction of the fire tank is in progress; the prefabricated installation of the process pipeline has been completed 30%
