The reporter learned from China National Offshore Oil Corporation that China’s longest coal-bed methane long-distance pipeline—Shenmu-Anping CBM Pipeline Project (hereinafter referred to as the Shen’an Pipeline) Shanxi-Hebei section of the pipeline was completed dry on the 29th and is ready for commissioning.

The Shen’an Pipeline is a key construction project listed in China’s "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for the Development and Utilization of Coal Bed Methane (Coal Mine Methane)".

"After the Shanxi-Hebei section of the Shen'an pipeline is completed, it will be able to supply about 200 million cubic meters of natural gas to North China this winter, effectively guaranteeing the supply of natural gas this winter and next spring

According to reports, the Shanxi-Hebei section of the Shen’an pipeline starts from Kangning Town, Luliang City, Shanxi in the west, and reaches Anping County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province in the east.
