Due to the influence of water source protection areas, villages, and residential buildings in the Daniudi gas field, the conditions of the ancient gas reservoirs restricted large reserves, accounting for 42% of the remaining proven reserves

In accordance with the principle of "fewer wells and high production", the Exploration and Development Research Institute of North China Oil and Gas Branch increases the control reserves of a single well by increasing the length of the horizontal section, increases the gas production of gas wells, guarantees the maximum utilization of the remaining reserves, and increases the degree of utilization of the reserves

Up to now, the Daniudi gas field has 10 long horizontal section gas wells with a horizontal section length of more than 1500 meters.
