China Petroleum Network News (Reporter Bao Yong, Special Correspondent Zhang Chun) On May 21, the GPR subsea node production line was launched in Baoding, Hebei Province, marking that the new generation of subsea node instruments jointly developed by Oriental Geophysical Prospecting and French CGG has officially entered mass production stage.

OBN exploration has the advantages of omni-directional, multi-component, and high-density.

In 2019, Oriental Geophysical Prospecting and CGG Sercel of France jointly launched the world's only new generation of submarine node-GPR using MEMS technology.

The GRP submarine node production line was officially put into operation, which is a major result of the strong alliance, mutual benefit, and win-win cooperation between the two parties.
