The Intellectual Property Working Committee of the Federation was established

It is reported that 4 Yue 16 , China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association Working Committee Inaugural Meeting of intellectual property rights first members of Congress held in Beijing, Petrochemical Association Intellectual Property Committee ( referred to as knowledge production committee ) was formally established.

Zhou Huiguo, deputy director of the State Intellectual Property Office, congratulated the establishment of the Intellectual Property Commission.

Li Shousheng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Petrochemical Federation made a keynote speech.

"The 14th Five-Year Plan is a critical period for my country to leap from a major petroleum and chemical country to a powerful one, and it is also a prosperous period when the industry's innovation capabilities have been greatly improved.

One is to further raise awareness of the importance of intellectual property protection.

The second is to further build and improve the industry's intellectual property system.

The third is to develop the industry's intellectual property service platform.

The fourth is to cultivate a team of intellectual property professionals.

At the meeting, Li Bin, the vice chairman of the China Petrochemical Federation, introduced the preparations and work procedures of the IPCC; Wu Fu, the vice chairman of the China Petrochemical Federation, read out the reply and explanation of the person in charge of the IPCC.

The meeting elected Vice President Li Bin as the chairman, 9 people including Hu Qianlin, Deputy Secretary-General of the Petrochemical Federation as the Vice- Chairmen, and Wang Xiujiang, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology and Equipment Department of the Petrochemical Federation as the Secretary-General; Wang Xiujiang issued a statement to the entire industry on behalf of the Intellectual Property Commission Proposal for self-discipline of intellectual property protection.

Yi Jiming, director of the International Intellectual Property Research Center of Peking University, and Zhang Zhicheng, director of the Intellectual Property Protection Department of the State Intellectual Property Office, also gave a special report on strengthening intellectual property protection and stimulating innovation.
