According to reports, the 15,000-kilometer-long submarine cable system passes through South Pacific island countries and Hawaii, with an initial design capacity of 43.
8Tbps and a total investment of $300 million

The system is built by TE SubCom, a subsidiary of TE Electronics, and its main customers include Vodafone New Zealand, Amazon Web Services (AWS), American Samoa Telecommunications Authority (ASTCA) and New Zealand Education Advanced Network (REANNZ
).
