China Petrochemical News Network reported that the Changling Refining and Chemical Inspection and Refurbishment Project, which was undertaken by the Fourth Construction Company, has been completed.

The renovation and maintenance involved multiple professional constructions such as steel structure, static equipment, process piping, anti-corrosion insulation and lining.

The Fourth Construction Company has selected management personnel from government agencies and other engineering projects to plan the project with all the procedures of "construction preparation, on-site inspection and modification, and completion acceptance" as the content.
