On the morning of January 10, the first pile was laid at the Kangzhuang base of Sodium Innovation Energy's "40,000 tons of sodium-ion battery cathode material project", marking the official start of the construction of Nachuang's own production base

It is reported that the project started this time is the 40,000-ton sodium-ion battery cathode material project (phase II), located in Kangzhuang Avenue, Shaoxing Binhai New Area, and the project land was obtained
through bidding, auction and listing at the end of September 2022.

This is another major progress in the production capacity layout of cathode materials since the cathode material project (phase I) with an annual output of 40,000 tons of sodium-ion batteries was put into operation at the Mahai base of sodium innovative energy in October 2022, which will provide a strong guarantee
for the sustainable development of sodium innovative energy and promote the construction of China's sodium-ion battery industry chain.
