The reporter was informed that the first national photovoltaic and energy storage empirical experimental platform (hereinafter referred to as the empirical experimental platform) has entered the substantive construction stage in Datong District, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province.
"The empirical experiment platform will provide a scientific basis for the country to formulate industrial policies and technical standards, and contribute Chinese wisdom, Chinese solutions and Chinese standards to the technological progress and innovation development of the new energy industry in my country and the world.
Bai Xianghe, deputy director of the Development and Reform Commission of Heilongjiang Province, said that the empirical experimental platform based on leading the development of the new energy industry and promoting regional economic development will become the "new landmark" of Longjiang New Energy.
It is reported that the construction and management unit of the empirical experiment platform is the State Power Investment Corporation’s Upper Yellow River Hydropower Development Co.
When introducing the project, Pang Xiulan, member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of the State Power Investment Photovoltaic Industry Innovation Center, said that the first phase of construction of 200,000 kilowatts of about 160 empirical experimental plans, is scheduled to be completed and put into operation on September 26 this year.
