Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation approved the establishment of the "National Carbon Metering Center (Inner Mongolia)" relying on the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Metrology and Testing Research Institute, which became the first national carbon metering center approved by the State Administration for Market Regulati.

Inner Mongolia is an important energy and strategic resource base in China, as well as an important ecological security barrier in northern Chi.

According to reports, the center will strengthen carbon measurement technology research and support capacity building, strengthen the collection, analysis, evaluation and application of carbon measurement data, and strengthen the training of carbon measurement talents by carrying out major problems in carbon measureme.
