The first LNG carrier invested and built by PetroChina was delivered

 On October 25, COSCO SHIPPING held the naming and delivery ceremony of the first vessel of the LNG transportation project of PetroChina International Corporation

At the ceremony, the International Business Company signed a ship handover protocol under the time charter contract with Shanghai COSCO SHIPPING LNG and COSCO SHIPPING Oil, marking the official delivery of the first three self-owned LNG fleets of
PetroChina's first vessel "Shaolin".

Jiashifu Shipping, a wholly-owned subsidiary of International Business Company, signed a shareholders' joint venture agreement with Shanghai COSCO SHIPPING LNG Investment Co.

to invest in the construction of six LNG carriers with a transportation capacity of 174,000 cubic meters under the "3+3" model, committed to providing transportation guarantee
for the stable supply and optimal allocation of PetroChina's global LNG resources.

The Shaolin LNG carrier has a total length of 295 meters and a width of 45 meters

The ship adopts the world's latest generation of dual-fuel low-speed propulsion power system, equipped with advanced environmental protection devices, so that the daily fuel consumption is within 100 tons, and various emission parameters are reduced while fully energy-saving, and the gas and fuel modes can meet the most stringent emission standards of the International Maritime Organization, and its technical performance, environmental protection indicators and reliability requirements are at the world-class level
