On August 1, the first batch of No.
92 National VIB standard gasoline of Yunnan Pioneer Chemical Co.
, Ltd.
was put on the market and officially sold
to the outside world.
This is the first oil-gas cogeneration project in China, the Pioneer Lignite Clean Utilization Test and Demonstration Project, through device upgrading and transformation, and continues to exert efforts in coal-to-liquid, coal-to-natural gas, phenol refining and other technologies, and constantly explores new achievements in the clean and efficient utilization of
coal.

In 2015, Pioneer Chemical produced 50,000 tons of qualified China IV standard gasoline and sold it to the
outside world.
This year, the company through increased investment in equipment upgrades, process optimization, synthetic oil device resumed start-up once successful, the production of the highest requirements of the national standard No.
92 National VIB standard vehicle gasoline, the monthly production capacity of up to 15,000 tons

Compared with the National VIA standard, the environmental protection indicators of the product are more stringent, and the indicators such as olefin content and nitrogen oxide emissions are more stringent, which is a clean fuel
that meets the higher environmental protection standards of the country.

Located in Xundian County, Pioneer Chemical mainly produces 16 kinds of products
such as methanol, gasoline and liquefied natural gas.
In recent years, the company strictly implements the requirements of "double control" and "double carbon", actively carries out energy conservation and carbon reduction and efficiency improvement actions, continuously improves the safe, stable and clean operation level of the coal chemical industry, independently researched and developed "lignite efficient direct gasification technology and equipment research and industrialization" won the first prize of Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, and "one-step methanol to gasoline technology" to realize the transformation
of coal from black solid to colorless liquid 。 Through the use of independent technology, the company has realized the efficient conversion of coal into high-quality, high-value-added clean energy products such as coal-based fuels and chemical raw materials, with an annual output of 480,000 tons of gasoline, diesel and liquefied natural gas, and about 100,000 tons
of other chemical products.

According to reports, Pioneer Chemical will adhere to the development path of lignite deep processing and comprehensive utilization of waste residue in accordance with the development direction of refinement, specialization, high-end and greening, continue to do a good job in the green development and utilization of lignite resources, and continuously make new contributions to the realization of clean, efficient and low-carbon conversion and utilization of coal, and inject new vitality
