Recently, the Cyberspace Administration of China and other five departments jointly issued a notice to determine the first batch of comprehensive pilot
projects for digital green collaborative transformation and development (dualization) in 10 regions, including Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, Jinan City, Shandong Province, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, Chongqing High-tech Zone, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, and Lhasa City, Tibet Autonomous Region.

It is reported that carrying out the comprehensive pilot of digital green collaborative transformation and development (dualization synergy) is an important measure
to implement the decision-making and deployment of the Central Cyber Security and Information Commission, build a modern industrial system, and accelerate the green transformation of development mode 。 All pilot areas should conscientiously implement the work arrangements of the action plan for the coordinated transformation and development of digital greening in accordance with the requirements of the overall layout of digital China, actively promote the deep integration of emerging technologies such as the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence, and fifth-generation mobile communications (5G) with green and low-carbon industries, focus on key areas, priority directions and bottlenecks, solve problems, summarize experience, explore paths, promote development in pilot ways, and improve the overall ability and level

The notice pointed out that the pilot work will start in January 2023 and last for two years, focusing on exploring replicable and replicable experiences
in green and low-carbon development of digital industries, coordinated transformation of traditional industries, low-carbon smart governance of urban operation, incubation and innovation of dualization and collaborative industries, and construction of collaborative policy mechanisms for dualization.
