Sinopec News Network reported on July 19 that the Hainan Refining & Chemical Engineering Group Fifth Construction Company undertook the completion of the installation of the furnace bottom of the 2.
6 million tons/year continuous reforming unit heating furnace of the Hainan Refining & Chemical Engineering Group’s 1 million tons/year ethylene and refinery expansion project.
With the device completing the node tasks set by the construction unit and the EPC general contractor ahead of time, it enters the equipment installation stage

There are 7 heating furnaces in this device, and 3 circular furnaces are prefabricated in the radiant section and convection section of the plant, and they are modularly installed on site

Four square furnaces are manufactured in the convection section at the factory, modularized on site, installed in pieces for the radiant section, and spliced on-site lining construction

This hoisting is the bottom of the square furnace F-201.
Before installation, the project department will prepare the plan, technical safety clarification, equipment unpacking and acceptance, inbound transportation, foundation treatment, equipment on-site placement, hoisting safety and technical clarification, etc.
