    In February, the results of Sino-Korea Petrochemical's production energy settlement showed that the energy consumption of the ethylene unit of the olefins department was an important indicator, and the energy consumption of high value-added products reached 268 kg of standard oil/ton, a decrease of 6.3% compared with 286 kg of standard oil/ton in January, the first breakthrough.

    In February, Sino-Korean Petrochemical Olefin Department attached great importance to energy conservation and emission reduction, adopted new ideas, and promoted management and technology synchronously.



    From the energy consumption index table of the plant, the design parameters were compared for details, and problems were found, and the optimization of raw material furnaces for cracking furnaces was carried out.



    Optimizing the waste heat recovery system inside the device, reducing the pressure of the pump, adjusting the distribution of circulating water,etc.

    After the implementation of a series of optimization measures, compared with the same period in January, 2,354 tons of fuel gas, 20,309 tons of steam, 250,000 tons of circulating water and 819,000 kWh of electricity were saved.
