Article 6 The emergency management department may select information officers from among the employees of production and business units in key industries and fields such as hazardous chemicals, mining, fireworks and firecrackers, metal smelting, explosion-related dust, etc.
Article 7 The emergency management department shall give cash rewards to the informants or informants if the reports received by the employees of the production and business units and the clues provided by the informants are verified in accordance with the relevant regulations on the reporting and rewards in the field of safe production.
