PetroChina Tarim Oilfield Keshen Gas Field Operation Area.

China News Service, Urumqi, March 9 (Su Hua, Yan Xue, Wang Weihua) As of March 9, PetroChina's Tarim Oilfield Keshen Gas Field maintained its peak growth of natural gas.

In 2008, the Keshen 2 well located in the Keshen zone of the Kelasu structural belt in Baicheng County, Xinjiang was tested and produced 340,000 cubic meters of natural gas per day.

The dose and efficiency will be increased, and we will make every effort to ensure the stable gas supply of the West-East Gas Pipeline.

The Keshen gas field has deep burial depth, high formation pressure, high temperature, high and steep structure, and tight reservoir matrix.

This year, the Keshen Gas Field will have 13 new wells completed and put into production one after another, and the daily output of natural gas will exceed 36 million cubic meters.
