【Chemical Machinery and Equipment Network Policies and Regulations】In order to accelerate the recycling of industrial resources and the development of high-end intelligent remanufacturing, it is planned to select and release a number of catalogs of advanced and applicable technology and equipment in the field of comprehensive utilization of resources, on September 19, 2022, the four departments jointly issued the "Notice on Carrying out the Recommendation of the Catalogue of Advanced Applicable Technology and Equipment for the Comprehensive Utilization of National Industrial Resources > < National Industrial Resources", which stipulates
the detailed content of the catalog collection work.

The recommended requirements should meet two main requirements:

(1) The process technology and equipment to be recommended are mainly for four fields
: industrial solid waste reduction, comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste, recycling and utilization of renewable resources and remanufacturing.

(2) The process technology equipment to be recommended should meet the requirements of laws, administrative regulations, industrial policies and relevant standards, the main indicators should be advanced, the economic, environmental and social benefits should be obvious, the intellectual property rights or proprietary technology should be clear, and there should be at least one industrial application example

Recommended requirements

The field of industrial solid waste reduction mainly refers to the production technology and equipment of iron and
steel, non-ferrous metals, chemical industry, coal, electric power, building materials, mining, machinery, light industry, textile, shipbuilding and other industries, reducing the amount of industrial solid waste generated, reducing the intensity of industrial solid waste generation or reducing the hazard of industrial solid waste.

The field of comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste mainly refers to the comprehensive utilization process technology and equipment of industrial solid waste, such as coal gangue, fly ash, industrial by-product gypsum, red mud, smelting slag, chemical slag, tailings and
associated ore, waste rock, manganese slag, steel soot, etc.

The field of renewable resource recycling mainly refers to waste steel, waste non-ferrous metals, waste plastics, waste tires, waste paper, waste electrical and electronic products, waste new energy vehicles, waste power batteries, waste glass, waste photovoltaic modules, waste wind power blades and other renewable resource recycling process technology equipment
.

The field of remanufacturing mainly refers to the advanced technology process equipment in the remanufacturing and processing process of waste construction machinery, machine tools, gas turbines, aircraft engines, industrial robots, large medical equipment, rail transit equipment, automobiles, office equipment and other mechanical and electrical equipment
and their key parts.

2.
Recommendation Procedures

(1) All provincial-level departments in charge of industry and informatization, development and reform, science and technology, and ecology and environment, as well as relevant national industry associations and societies, are requested to separately organize the relevant attachment materials in their respective regions and industries according to requirements, and be responsible for reviewing and recommending process technology and equipment
that meet the requirements.
