A few days ago, the complete design review meeting of the Zarut-Qingzhou ± 800 kV UHVDC transmission project was held
in Beijing.
The complete design scheme of the Zarut-Qingzhou ±800 kV UHVDC transmission project, led by the State Grid Beijing Economic and Technological Research Institute, passed the review
.
The Zarut-Qingzhou ± 800 kV UHVDC transmission project has a design transmission capacity of 10 million kilowatts, and the receiving end is connected to 500 kV and 1000 kV AC systems, which is scheduled to be completed and put into operation
in 2018.
The project aims to solve the problem of "nest electricity" in the northeast region, promote the national development strategy of revitalizing the northeast, and realize the overall requirements
of the company for the optimal allocation of resources on a larger scale.
Since the State Grid Economic Research Institute undertook the complete set of design work, it has attached great importance to it, actively organized and carried out research and technical research, and efficiently completed the research work on key topics such as DC filter simplification and overvoltage and insulation scheme optimization in a relatively short period of time, providing a strong guarantee
