The China International Petrochemical Conference kicked off

On November 14~17, the 13th China International Petroleum and Chemical Conference was held
in Ningbo, Zhejiang.
At the media conference held on the 14th, Pang Guanglian, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and deputy secretary-general of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, introduced that the conference will implement the new development concept, with the theme of "sustainable resilience and new growth", and promote the high-quality development
of the petrochemical industry with strong independent innovation ability, reasonable structural layout, green, safe and low-carbon, and improved guarantee capacity.
The conference set up nearly 20 sub-forums
such as zero-carbon economy, future energy, digital transformation, international production capacity cooperation, plastic circular economy, and global energy and chemical market.

Pang Guanglian introduced that this conference brought together nearly 100 world-class petrochemical enterprises
such as PetroChina, Sinopec, CNOOC, BASF and Dow.
Relevant international organizations, industry associations and scientific research institutes will deeply discuss the new trends, new trends and new measures in the field of energy and chemical industry, and jointly promote the resilient and sustainable growth of
the world's petrochemical industry.
At the International Forum on Resilience and Stability of the Industrial Chain and Supply Chain held on the 15th, guests from BASF, Covestro, PricewaterhouseCoopers and other companies discussed issues related to the safety and green development of the chemical supply chain
