The CATI Index of Climate Action for Listed Companies is released

At the meeting, the Center for Public and Environmental Studies released the "2022 Evaluation Report of the Climate Action CATI Index of Chinese Listed Companies"

Ma Jun, director of the center, said that the report aims to objectively reflect the progress of listed companies' climate action and their position in the "dual carbon" action, help all parties form consensus, and encourage listed companies to improve governance and management mechanisms.
With the help of carbon accounting, we can scientifically set carbon targets, efficiently carry out energy conservation and emission reduction, and build trust
with stakeholders through the disclosure of emissions and performance.

In addition, CATI Index hopes to provide decision-making reference for environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) investors, index funds and impact investments at home and abroad, support listed companies to accelerate green and low-carbon transformation, effectively participate in the "dual carbon" action and global climate governance, and assist financial institutions in preventing "greenwashing" risks
in the process of corporate transformation.

Representatives of participating enterprises said that they will continue to establish and improve the internal environmental responsibility information disclosure system and fulfill their information disclosure obligations
in accordance with laws and regulations.
