EllaLink, an undersea cable system connecting Europe and Latin America, has arrived in Fortaleza, Brazil, and is about to land from Fortaleza and connect to Brazil's national network
through local landing stations.

According to reports, this 6,200-kilometer-long optical cable system is the first submarine cable system directly connected to Latin America and Europe, with an initial design rate of 72Tbps, connecting Praia Grande near São Paulo, Brazil, and Sines
