5 million tons/year coal gasification-to-methanol plant (4 open and 2 prepared), 500,000 tons/year methanol-to-olefin plant, 250,000 tons/year ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) plant, 300,000 tons/year Annual polypropylene plant, as well as supporting utilities and auxiliary facilities

The construction site of the project is Area A of Linhe Comprehensive Project Area of Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base
