The last section of the submarine cable system connecting Europe, West Africa and South Africa to Europe (ACE) is now in commercial service

The ACE network was service-ready (RFS) certified in December 2012 and now covers a total distance of 17,000 kilometers and connects 20 countries

The ACE submarine cable system, which connects the African coast to Europe, was put into operation on December 15, 2012, with a total length of 17,000 kilometers and a total investment of 700 million US dollars, covering more than 400 million people

ACE Cable is also the first international submarine cable
to land in Equatorial Guinea, Gambia, Guinea, Liberia, Mauritania, Sao Tome and Principe and Sierra Leone.
