At the meeting, Wang Shugang, President of China Chemical Enterprise Management Association, mentioned in the keynote report that the current National Petroleum and Chemical Enterprise Management Innovation Conference aims to discuss the growth of outstanding domestic and foreign companies, promote exchanges and cooperation, and release management innovations.

Wang Shugang said that the "14th Five-Year Plan" is a period of great achievements in corporate management innovation, and vigorously strengthening corporate management innovation is of great significance to achieving the goal of a petrochemical country.

Li Shousheng, president of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation , pointed out in the two -hour conference report that this conference is an important meeting to be held when the "14th Five-Year Plan" is about to start.

Li Shousheng emphasized that the world-class petroleum and chemical multinational companies have five common characteristics in addition to large production scale and high operating income.

In his speech, Zhang Wenming, Director of the Petrochemical and Chemical Division of the Department of Raw Materials Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, said that in combination with the development ideas of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, petroleum and chemical companies must first insist on innovation-driven development and comprehensively shape new development advantages.

Yu Ji, executive vice chairman of the China Enterprise Confederation, said that without a first-class management level, it is impossible to create a world-class enterprise.
