    On March 19, 2021, Tetra Pak, a well-known food processing and packaging solutions provider, became the first company in the food and beverage packaging industry to obtain a certified recycled polymer after the introduction of certified recycled polymers in its carton packaging.

    Alejandro Cabal, Vice President, Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions, said: "RSB has confirmed that the renewable polymer used in the caps, tops and/or coatings of Tetra Pak carton packs is sustainably produced

    According to the RSB Chain's custodial attribution method, plastic is made from a mix of recyclable and non-recyclable materials, and recyclable materials of the corresponding quality are tracked throughout the Tetra Pak supply chain
