Recently, the Tianjin Petrochemical Nangang Ethylene Project undertaken by the Tenth Construction Company of Refining and Chemical Engineering has actively implemented the "model guide" strategy to help improve the construction quality of various disciplines and provide a strong guarantee for continuous tackling and creating benefits
It is understood that in the construction of Tianjin Petrochemical Nangang ethylene project, Tenth Construction Company has undertaken the construction of 600,000 tons/year pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation, 380,000 tons/year aromatics extraction, 150,000 tons/year butadiene extraction, 130,000 tons/year /40,000 tons/year MTBE/Butene-1 and other 11 sets of projects are constructed.
In the process of implementing the "model guide", the project department took the "first construction model" of each specialty as a demonstration and led the construction of concrete pouring, steel bar bundling, steel structure installation, process pipeline welding, electrical instrumentation, anti-corrosion and heat preservation, scaffolding erection and other specialties.
At present, with the continuous deepening of the "model guide" strategy, the project department has increased its efforts in construction quality management.
