In order to implement the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Soil Pollution and the Measures for the Management of Soil Environment of Industrial and Mining Land (for Trial Implementation), and further standardize and guide the coking chemical industry enterprises in the key supervision directory of soil pollution to do a good job in the investigation of soil pollution hidden dangers in accordance with the law, our ministry organized the compilation of the "Technical Guidelines for the Investigation of Soil Pollution Hidden Dangers of Coking Chemical Industry Enterprises (Draft for Comments)", which is now open for comments
