TCL Technology GCL Technology Deploys Granular Silicon Project

On July 6, TCL Technology announced that it signed a joint venture agreement on the basis of the previously signed "Cooperation Framework Agreement" with GCL Group Co.

According to the announcement of TCL Technology, its wholly-owned subsidiary Tianjin Silica intends to sign a joint venture agreement with Jiangsu Zhongneng to jointly invest in the establishment of a new company, Inner Mongolia Xinhuan, to implement the production and downstream applications of comprehensive utilization of about 100,000 tons/year of granular silicon and silicon-based materials.

TCL Technology stated that it has carried out investment and cooperation on related projects with its partners in the links of polysilicon materials and single crystal rods.
