Recently, The Blue Circle, a Singapore-based renewable energy developer and operator, signed a strategic cooperation agreement
with AC Energy, the power subsidiary of Ayala Corporation.
Under the new partnership, the two companies will jointly develop and build TBC's nearly 1,500MW wind power projects in Southeast Asia, of which more than 700MW will be built
in Vietnam.
TBC Founder, Chairman and CEO said, "Ayala Corporation is one of
the most respected brands in Southeast Asia.
The company's philosophy, and their goal of aggressively expanding renewable energy in the region, is a perfect fit for us and we are excited to make them a strategic partner

AC Energy currently owns 25% of TBC and has acquired the right to
invest at the project level.

The two companies intend to start construction of a 200MW wind energy project in Vietnam next year

In addition to projects in the Mekong region, TBC is also building
in the Philippines, Indonesia and Laos.
TBC will work with AC Energy to develop it to the energy production stage
