Sinochem New Network News Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province recently issued the "Three-year Action Plan for Energy Conservation and Consumption Reduction of Industrial Enterprises on Regulations"

The "Plan" pointed out that the energy conservation situation in Taiyuan is grim

The "Plan" stipulates that the energy management department must strongly encourage enterprises to eliminate a batch of backward equipment, shut down a batch of backward production capacity, upgrade and transform a batch of energy-saving projects, tap energy-saving potential, and expand energy-saving space

The "Plan" also made it clear that from 2021 to 2023, Taiyuan City will conduct on-site inspections on 1/3 of the city's regulated industrial enterprises every year
