recommended in an article in the China Food Journal, "The Study of Oxygen Resistance domestication of Probio-M8 of Breast Bifido"This issue introduces the research team of Professor Zhang Peace of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University (first author Wang Yuanqi) published in the 20th volume of the Chinese Food Journal, No. 12 of the basic research section of the article "Milk BifidoProbio-M8 oxygen tolerance domestication research."oxygen has a toxic effect on Bifidobacteria, which causes damage to the vitality of the bacteria and limits its production and application. In order to improve the tolerance of Bifidobacteria to oxygen, oxygen tolerance domestication of Pneumococcal Probio-M8 is carried out by changing the oxygen pressure in the medium. The effects of oxygen on Probio-M8 of Clobacteria were evaluated by measuring physiological characteristics, oxygen tolerance-related NADH oxidase activity and changes in cell membrane fluidity.: The test strain of Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis Probio-M8, B. lactis Probio-M8) is separated from the breast milk of healthy women in Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
results showed that the pH decreased significantly by 0.23 and 0.27 (P<0.05) in aerobic and anaerobic environments compared to the original strains after oxygen-to-domestication, and the acid yield was significantly improved< NADH oxidase activity increased significantly by 0.47 U and 31.14 U (P<0.05), oxygen tolerance increased significantly, unsaturated fatty acid content increased significantly by 17.26% (P<0.05), cell membrane mobility increased. The oxygen tolerance of probio-M8 after oxygen resistance is domesticated, which provides reference for its application and development in food.
