There are more than 1,500 production wells of Southwest Oil and Gas in the middle-shallow tight sandstone gas reservoirs in the Western Sichuan Depression, of which more than 1,100 gas wells adopt liquid drainage and gas production technology to maintain stable production

However, with the increasing number of measure wells, the workload of drainage and production continues to increase.
The pilot test project undertaken by the Southwest Oil and Gas Engineering Institute took tight sandstone gas reservoirs in western Sichuan as the research object, and developed a multi-parameter online acquisition platform for gas wells, and developed a full-period gas field exhaust gas field.
Based on the decision-making plan, the on-line diagnosis technology of gas well fluid accumulation has been formed, which can realize 24-hour continuous diagnosis; the intelligent bubble ejection agent device for cluster wells has been developed, the intelligent bubble ejection remote monitoring system has been developed, and the pump injection accuracy optimization algorithm has been established.
Fully automatic pump injection, safety interlock shutoff, multi-well intelligent rotation injection and other functions can realize automatic, intelligent and efficient bubble drainage of multiple wells at the same station; developed a horizontal well intelligent plunger gas lift device, and developed an intelligent plunger remote The monitoring system forms a method for diagnosing the operating conditions of the plunger, which realizes the deep hollowing of the A target point and intelligent and efficient liquid lifting

At present, the project has declared 4 patents and published 5 papers
