South Korea's petrochemical exports surged 94.9% in May

According to official data released by ICIS website on June 1st on Tuesday, South Korea’s exports of petrochemical products in May increased by 94.

South Korea’s Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy stated in a statement that in May, South Korea’s overall exports increased by 45.

In May, South Korean car exports increased by 93.

The Bank of Korea last week raised its annual economic growth forecast for 2021 to 4% from 3% in February due to a recovery in exports.
