Six departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China recently issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of the Petrochemical and Chemical Industry during the 14th Five-Year Plan", which proposes that by 2025, about 30 demonstration factories of intelligent manufacturing and about 50 intelligent chemical plants will be built.
