On January 26 , China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation and LyondellBasell, a plastics, chemical and oil refining company, announced the signing of a joint venture agreement to establish a 50:50 equivalent joint venture to expand the production of propylene oxide (PO) and styrene in China (SM) .
On January 26 , China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation and LyondellBasell, a plastics, chemical and oil refining company, announced the signing of a joint venture agreement to establish a 50:50 equivalent joint venture to expand the production of propylene oxide (PO) and styrene in China (SM) .
The two parties first announced the signing of a memorandum of cooperation in December 2019 .
Yu Baocai, Senior Vice President of Sinopec, said: “Based on the successful experience of the first joint venture project, we are very happy to continue to work together with LyondellBasell, an important partner, to create greater glories.
