On November 25 , the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between the Xiangyang Municipal People's Government and China National Chemical Engineering Group was held in Beijing.

Dai Hegen met with Li Lecheng and his party at the headquarters of China National Chemical Corporation.

Dai Hegen said that China National Chemical has always attached great importance to market cultivation and development in Hubei Province and Xiangyang City, and has established long-term friendly and in-depth cooperative relations with local governments and enterprises.
