    As part of the Wind XI project, Sino-American Energy will start construction
    of a 90.
    8 MW Ivester wind farm this month.

    It is understood that the wind farm project is scheduled to be completed in December 2019 and includes more than 1,000 wind turbines
    .

    Once completed by the end of the year, the Ivester wind farm will add 90.
    8 megawatts of wind capacity to customers of Mid-American Energy or enough wind energy for an average of more than 38,000 homes in Iowa
    .

    Located in west-central Grundy County, Iowa, the project consists of
    35 wind turbines manufactured by Siemens Gamesa.
    In addition to construction and long-term operation and maintenance work, the wind farm is expected to increase annual average property taxes
    of approximately $875,000 in Grandi County.

    "This is an exciting year for the company as Ivester Wind Farm is our latest wind farm and will help us increase our customers' wind capacity
    ," said Vice President of Resource Development.
