to deter the illegal and criminal activities of refined oil.
It is understood that the police and enterprises of Dingxi City, Zhangye City, and Jiuquan City have cooperated closely and solidly explored and sorted out clues, and the results of the battle have been outstanding; the total number of criminal cases investigated and handled by the three cities accounts for 50% of the total number of the province; the Lintao County Public Security Bureau investigated and handled the case of Gan Hongde and others illegally operating refined oil, involving an amount of 137 million yuan; the Shandan County Public Security Bureau handled the criminal case of illegally selling heavy aromatic hydrocarbons and heavy hydrocarbon blended materials as diesel.
The value involved in the case is about 130 million yuan, suspected of evading taxes of more than 14 million yuan; the public security organs of Pingliang City investigated and handled a case of illegal storage of oil products by coal mining enterprises according to clues, seized 5 sets of oil storage equipment and more than 3,600 liters of oil products; and the public security organs of Baiyin City seized 3 illegally modified box-type mobile refueling trucks, 5 small dispensers, 2 modified oil tanks, and more than 10 tons of
oil products.
