Siemens Gamesa today announced that it has received a new wind power order
from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This is the second project the company has received in the country and the tenth in the Western Balkans

The scope of the agreement includes the delivery and installation of 18 G97-2.
0 MW turbines at the Jelovaca wind farm located in northern Bosnia and Herzegovina

In addition, Siemens Gamesa is involved in the operation and maintenance of the wind farm for five years, which is expected to be operational
by the end of this year.
The project will help the country achieve its local renewable energy generation targets

Since entering the market 7 years ago, the company has secured orders in Croatia, the Republic of Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina to supply a total of 116 wind turbines with a cumulative capacity of more than 285 MW
