The annual self-monitoring plan formulated by the key soil pollution supervision units in accordance with the requirements of the "Technical Guidelines for Self-Monitoring of Soil and Groundwater in Industrial Enterprises", the self-monitoring plan can be reused under the condition that the location, function, and production process of key facilities and equipment have not changed; Self-monitoring reports can be reviewed by companies or by entrusted third-party organization.

Focus on key points and optimize key links in corporate governance
