Sichuan Oil Construction completed the task of emergency repair of the Amu Darya River

Recently, news came from the Turkmenistan Surface Engineering Construction Project Department of PetroChina Sichuan Oil Construction Company that after nearly 12 hours of continuous struggle, the company completed the emergency repair task
of the propane compressor unit of the fifth column of the first natural gas processing plant of the Amu Darya Company.

It is reported that the oil separator tank level gauge of this unit leaks during operation at the bottom level gauge receiver and the tank joint, and it is necessary to stop the pipeline installation and hot operation in time, and re-weld the leakage point of the receiver
.
After receiving the task, the Turkmenistan project department of the company immediately conducted on-site investigation, and in accordance with the requirements of Amu Darya Company, combined with the characteristics of hot work in the flammable and explosive dehydrocarbonization device area and the closed chamber of the propane compressor skid, risk control measures and special construction plans
were quickly formulated.

This operation is classified as a first-class hot operation

During the construction process, the project department overcame the unfavorable factors such as complex plant structure, small space, difficult leakage detection and elimination process, high operational safety risks and long continuous operation time, and strictly followed the safety production policy
of "safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive management".
The project staff worked closely together and finally completed the hot operation task safely, with high quality and efficiency, which was once again highly recognized
by the owner.
