Recently, Sichuan Province issued the "Sichuan New Energy Vehicle Industry Development Plan (2015-2020)" proposed to strive to achieve the production of 150,000 new energy vehicles by 2020, with a production capacity of 300,000 units and a total output value of more than 100 billion yuan
.
In order to achieve the above goals, the Plan puts forward four main tasks, namely: building an efficient and collaborative innovation system by building a R&D innovation platform and improving R&D service capabilities; Form an industrial system with a reasonable layout by coordinating the industrial layout and improving the industrial chain; By strengthening infrastructure construction and innovating business operation models, we will build a moderately advanced service system; By giving priority to the promotion of public sector applications, vigorously promote the application system
of development echelon promotion such as public place applications.
In order to accomplish the above major tasks, the Plan specifies that five projects
will be implemented.
In terms of innovation, we will implement R&D innovation projects and talent development projects, focus on establishing R&D and testing platforms, standardize relevant technical standards, vigorously train professional talents, and accelerate the introduction of high-end talents; In terms of production, it will implement industrial product engineering and supporting facilities engineering, focus on the scale expansion and production capacity improvement of vehicle projects, focus on promoting key components and material projects, and establish battery operation companies to accelerate the construction of charging and swapping infrastructure; In terms of application, we will implement promotion and application projects, promote the application of key cities and public areas, and the application of new energy vehicles in pilot cities such as Chengdu and Luzhou will increase by more than
30% per year.
The Plan specifies a number of safeguard measures, including studying and formulating policy opinions on promoting the development of the new energy vehicle industry in Sichuan Province, establishing a new energy vehicle industry development fund, establishing a new energy vehicle industry operation monitoring mechanism, and dynamically monitoring the development and operation of
