Sinochem News recently, Siber announced that it has reached agreement with Kazakhstan's state-owned oil and gas company KazMunay Gas and Kazakhstan's national sovereign wealth fund Samruk Kazyna on the core cooperation terms of the Atyrau petrochemical project in Kazakhstan

Alik Aidarbayev, Chairman of KazMunayGas, said: “We will complete the construction of the PP facility and plan to start production in early 2022.
