At the policy level, it is necessary to accelerate the construction of
policy guarantee mechanisms.
Continue to deeply implement the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development of Energy Storage Technology and Industry", introduce support policies to support the development of energy storage industry or technology application in combination with local characteristics, clarify the construction and operation management process of energy storage projects, and standardize the application
of energy storage system projects at a high starting point and high level.

At the market level, it is necessary to accelerate the marketization process
of electricity with the participation of energy storage.
Improve market rules and evaluate the effect of renewable energy power generation, and encourage renewable energy stations to improve the quality of power generation; Accelerate the process of market-oriented transactions, establish cross-provincial and cross-regional trading channels, and reduce the abandonment of wind and solar power in the region; Accelerate the establishment of an ancillary service market, build a performance-based payment mechanism for energy storage participation system services, and create a platform
