Shenzhen Market Supervision Bureau launches special enforcement action on plastic restriction

A few days ago, the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Market Supervision launched a special enforcement action on plastic restrictions across the city, dealing with 11 business units that used unqualified shopping plastic bags, investigated and dealt with more than 140,000 unqualified plastic shopping bags, and filed 86 cas.

This action gave full play to the role of Shenzhen's smart supervision system, which was deployed and commanded by the Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, and the 10 districts were linked to act quick.

The Longgang Supervision Bureau investigated and dealt with the most unqualified plastic bags in this operation, with a total of 120,000, accounting for 87% of the unqualified plastic shopping bags investigated and dealt with, mainly in the baza.

Regarding the results of this law enforcement, the Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision Bureau emphasized that producers of plastic shopping bags must organize production in strict accordance with laws, regulations and national standards, and must not produce and sell substandard produc.
