Shenmu Coal Chemical Oil-rich Company won the third prize of the Shaanxi Province Innovation Method Competition

Recently, the results of the 2022 "Qin Chuangyuan Jinghe Cup" Shaanxi Province Innovation Method Competition were announced, and the innovative method results of "TRIZ Innovation Method - Method and Application of Whole Distillate Coal Tar to Fuel Oil and Lubricating Oil Base Oil" declared by Shenmu Coal Chemical Rich Oil Company won the third prize

It is understood that the 2022 Shaanxi Provincial Innovation Method Competition is a provincial-level scientific and technological innovation achievement evaluation activity jointly sponsored by the Provincial Science and Technology Association, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, with 120 teams, nearly 500 front-line scientific and technological workers and more than 700 innovative works participating
in the province.

The innovative method of the oil-rich company is to hydrotreat the whole fraction coal tar through hot and cold high-content separators, cold low-fraction separators and fractionation columns to obtain fuel oil and lubricating oil base oil
with good quality and meeting the requirements of national standards.
In February 2021, it was successfully applied to the world's first industrial demonstration plant
for the hydrogenation of 500,000 tons/year coal tar whole fraction to cycloalkyl oil.

By actively participating in the innovative method competition, it further stimulates the enthusiasm of scientific research and technical personnel to apply innovative methods and practices, effectively promotes the in-depth application of innovative methods in daily work, and lays a solid foundation
